After today - you’re going to have taken the essential first steps towards getting a stronger core, a dancer-inspired body and making movement a fun and easy daily habit -  that’s pretty freakin’ exciting  - because it’s the part that most people have a really tough time doing - just getting started, but you’ve done it! Congrats!

We’ve done a core workout, a barre workout, a dance cardio workout, a HIIT workout…..Corio style...

….so let’s not waste any time - let’s just get right into today’s final workout.

Have you ever wondered how dancers get those long lean muscles?  While you can’t actually make a muscle longer you can improve your posture, work the body in a balanced way and stretch your muscles as you lengthen them to give an illusion of length instead of bulking up.

Here at Corio we borrow the best bits from Pilates to help you get gorgeously long and lean while you workout and today, Gosia, our Pilates Instructor extraordinaire is going to give you a workout that focuses on the legs and core so that you can sculpt a svelte silhouette.
