DAY 3: BALLET ARMS
Who wants dancer arms? (Everyone puts their hands up.) This ballet arms workouts is a great way to tone the arms just like a dancer without doing push ups or lifting heavy. You’ll increase endurance and feel the burn using light weights or no weights!
In the first 2 days of the challenge we worked our core by activating our abs and getting our glute fired up, but you might be wondering how to target those trouble spots and get toned arms too?
Inside the group today I’m going to share the secrets to dancer arms, but for now, get stuck into this lightweight barre style dancer arms workout.
If you’ve never done ballet before don’t stress. I’m going to help you learn the moves slowly and there’s no actual dancing, these are simple moves to sculpt and lift.
You’ll need some light weights (about 1-2lbs) OR you can do this with no weights or a couple of tins of food from the kitchen! Get creative :)
