DAY 1: CORE TONE UP
Lots of women tell us that they’d like a stronger core but that Pilates class is just too hard to get to on a regular basis. Good news! You don’t need to workout for an hour to get a strong core. In fact, if you follow this core workout over our challenge and do it every day you will feel the difference in just 5 days.
Core strength is really important not just because we want to feel confident and svelte but because a strong core helps prevent back pain, improves posture and keeps us mobile and happy.
All you need is 10 minutes and a mat for this workout and you’re on your way to a core of steel.
