DAY 2: GLUTE SCULPT
Ready for a glute workout that will sculpt and tone? Our Glute Sculpt barre workout is a fun fast way to wake up your glutes without doing squats and lunges.
Oh and don’t worry if you missed Day 1, you can always catch up by sticking it onto the end of today’s workout as it’s a great daily core strengthener.
In this barre style glute workout we’re using tiny movements so that you can feel the burn and lift, tighten and tone your behind. It’s all about feeling the movement in the right places, so play around with the movements until you feel it.
It’s really important to get your glutes fired up and working properly because when they work you’ll find knee pain, pelvic floor pain, low back pain and all of that nasty stuff is much less likely and as an added bonus you’ll look fab in your skinnies.
You might have heard that you need to squat for glutes, but if you’re like a lot of women, you might not be properly firing up those muscles and it’s possible that you’re doing more to the front of your legs, your quads, than your glutes in those squats, especially if you’re not able to get down super low.
This workout will show you some of the other lesser-known ways to target your glutes and lower back muscles so that your core stays strong and so that you wake up those muscles for the day ahead.
Today’s 10 minute workout is simple, fast, fun. all you need is a mat and 10 minutes! Get ready to lift, tighten and tone your behind!
Once you finish the workout pop over to our Facebook post and share your post-workout pic, you never know it might just help someone get inspired when they were feeling like skipping out.
