DAY 4: LEG LIFT AND SCULPT
In today’s Leg Lift And Sculpt workout we’re doing a home workout for legs that will help you get toned limbs, sculpt your legs and get your heart rate up.
Now, it’s a little unusual...you might see a move or two that you’ve not done before, but trust me, even though this workout is just 10 minutes long it will hit all the right places.
(If you’re already quite fit you can add more challenge by adding hand weights or going for two rounds of the workout.)
You’ll need a wall that you can lean against for this workout, so before you begin make sure you’ve got space all set up and you’re good to go!
