How To Get Sculpted Legs Fast

If you want to get sculpted legs fast then in this post we're sharing our fave Shapes Inspired workout that will sculpt, tone and strengthen your legs and glutes while getting a lean look. 

Here at Corio we luurrve resistance training, in fact we include some form of resistance training in every single workout that we create.

And yes... you'll see us doing plies and pulses and feeling the burn with the 2kg dumbbells and bands and that's AWESOME.

But what's also awesome is getting stronger and more balanced through well programmed resistance training which is something that we help our private clients with. 

This mini workout is one of our faves  that will sculpt lean legs and get your lower body stronger and more toned while burning tons of calories. 

How To Do The Sculpted Legs Workout

Grab weights that challenge you OR do this workout bodyweight. You should finish your reps with good form but feeling at an 8/10 in effort. Less than an 8? Up the weights or the reps.

If you're handy with a dumbbell and squat rack, go ahead and add challenging resistance to these moves.  If you're just starting out, do them bodyweight.

The Moves

SPLIT SQUATS X 15 EACH LEG

SINGLE LEG DEADLIFT X 12 EACH LEG

SINGLE LEG GLUTE BRIDGE RAISE X 8 - 15 ON EACH LEG

SQUATS X 15

SKATER HOPS X 40 SECONDS

Perform all the exercises in order then rest for 60 seconds before repeating the circuit for a total or 2 or 3 rounds.
