What's the most common reason we hear for slacking off a workout? Yep, you've guessed it, it's time, or lack of it.

Psychology theories suggest that immediate experience often outweighs future rewards. What this means is that it is hard to do something uncomfortable even if it earns us something good later. In real terms - if you don't enjoy movement you won't do it, even if it gets you a guilt-free glass of bubbles later on.
This is the reason we're likely to put off workouts that we don't enjoy or look forward to but WILL find time to do workouts that are uplifting (in my case I'll make time for dance class but not bootcamp.)
