The Dancer Arm Sculpt

This beginners workouts for the upper body is a great way to get sculpted arms and to work the core (you know we love to do training that helps improve your cardio, endurance, stability and motor fitness all at the same time!).


I ended up doing this workout with 3lb weights (and there’s a funny story in the video about WHY I couldn’t use my water bottles as planned - you won’t believe it..)

This workout is a little longer than the short blasts that we put inside The Corio Club, so if you want to turn it into a full workout, one of my fave ways is to add a lower body section or to do dance cardio afterwards.
