Just the dancing! CORIO dance is a pure dance cardio class will burn fat and get your heart rate up through easy to follow, HIIT-style dance cardio. Oh, you’ll also learn a routine in each class, so you can feel like a backing dancer extraordinaire… But don’t worry if you’ve got two left feet or have never danced before. Our classes use a repeatable easy to follow format so you can leave feel sweaty and successful.
